We just moved things from another storage unit to Storage Mart. The unit and the interior of the building are clean, the location is great, and Carl was professional and very kind. We were able to pull a truck right into the bay to unload things easily, and they have 2 carts which made moving our things very manageable.

Our sump pump stopped working correctly, and our house is located on a lot in Bonner Springs that is a magnet for groundwater. Simply put, without a working sump pump, our house would be in trouble. I called Chase, and talking with him gave me confidence I chose wisely. Chris came out today and went above and beyond, taking the time to answer my questions, and help me understand the process. While fixing the sump pump, he also corrected a flaw in the way our rainbarrel was set up that could have caused a major issue, for nothing. I could not be more pleased with my choice. I could not recommended a plumber more highly than Chase.

We had a near catastrophe averted by the quick action of Chase at KC Plumber Pro. In the middle of a pouring rain we had a sump pump failure. Chase came over and had the pump changed out in a matter of minutes. They are honest and will do a great job for you. They saved us a wet basement.

I worked with RSL in the past and wanted to alert anyone who is even looking at an application with them to read the fine print. It is in their application, not to mention the other documents they use. They want you to agree to first right of refusal on ALL FUTURE transactions, even if you don t want to use them. BEWARE.

Sherzer has helped me choose all of my insurance policies and I am so grateful to have someone I trust help me make choices that will take care of my family in the event of an accident or disaster. Knowing that I can get expert advice from someone is invested in keeping my family as safe as their own, is really valuable to me.

I ve been using Sherzer and Associates for almost ten years for my personal and business insurance. They have always been helpful and really clear about my policies. They are easy to get a hold of and are always ready to explain anything I m unclear about. They make it easy.

Incompetent and shady representation. They say one thing and the contract says another. Darwin can t be straight with you as the deductible goes up and the policy is undervalued. His business style don t worry I ll fix the errors it was the computers fault. Don t go to Sherzer if you think you need advice. They sold me an umbrella policy but there was a gap between the $300,000 liability and here the umbrella policy picks up at $500,000. In the insurance industry this I d a no brained unless Darwin trys to tell you otherwise (shady, shady, shady, excuses, excuses, excuses)!!

I find Sherzer to be incompetent in that they do not follow up their phone calls, they do not necessarily complete work they promise to do and when confronted they become defensive and nasty. As a result of their negligence I am driving without insurance at the present time. I definitely do not recommend this business.

My husband and I have known Mark professionally for several years. Mark is as trustworthy, hard working and professional as they come. We would trust him without question any day of the week. and he s just an all around nice guy too.

Incompetent and shady representation. They say one thing and the contract says another. Darwin can t be straight with you as the deductible goes up and the policy is undervalued. His business style don t worry I ll fix the errors it was the computers fault. Don t go to Sherzer if you think you need advice. They sold me an umbrella policy but there was a gap between the $300,000 liability and here the umbrella policy picks up at $500,000. In the insurance industry this I d a no brained unless Darwin trys to tell you otherwise (shady, shady, shady, excuses, excuses, excuses)!!
